Recommended intake:
Spray once into the right and left cheeks and under the tongue, wait 10 seconds and then swallow. Repeat this process 3 times, i.e. 9 sprays in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening before meals and brushing your teeth. This amounts to a total of 27 sprays per day.
